On Sunday Sept 13th 10:32 am Amelia Antoinette Harris was born into this world. She weighed 7lbs 10 oz and was 20 1/2" long. Amelia is pretty mellow, she doesn't cry much and things have been easy going so far with her. However, she is in for a wild ride having signed up with this crew. We are working on getting her passport and she's only a week old.
Ritter was a little displaced at first but now he proudly tells everyone that "she's my baby sister!"He loves to hold her and give her kisses. Prior to delivery Cheri ruptured a disc in her lower back, causing severe nerve pain. She'll be undergoing outpatient surgery this week to correct the problem. Things should be healed up by the time we leave for Argentina on Nov 17th.
